Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OffshoreHost. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

OffshoreHost provides hosting solutions for personal and corporate clients. By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Server Deployment

Our server deployment process typically takes 24 to 48 hours from the time of payment confirmation. Delays beyond this timeframe may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated promptly. We do not offer backup service at this time; all services are self‑managed.

3. Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best hosting experience. However, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only applicable for shared hosting and virtual private servers (VPS).
  • No refunds will be provided for dedicated servers (refund will be applied only if the dedicated server problem is not solved within a maximum of 7 days), custom packages, or domain registration services.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.

For any refund inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Usage Policies

Not allowed:

  • Child sexual abuse material
  • Terrorism
  • DDoS
  • Botnets
  • Malware

For questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Liability

OffshoreHost is not responsible for any loss of data, business interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our services. We recommend regular data backups for all clients.

6. Changes to Terms

OffshoreHost reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions about our terms and conditions, please contact us at [email protected].

8. Account Security and Access

Clients are responsible for account credential security and access management. Use strong passwords, enable multi-factor protection where available, and avoid sharing account access among unrelated teams.

Suspicious account activity may trigger protective controls, including temporary session revocation or additional identity verification steps.

9. Data Handling and Backups

Unless explicitly specified in a managed agreement, clients must maintain their own backup strategy and test recovery procedures regularly. Infrastructure snapshots or backup tools do not replace restore testing.

OffshoreHost may maintain operational logs and system telemetry to protect service integrity and investigate incidents.

10. Abuse Reports and Investigations

Abuse reports are reviewed through a triage process that considers severity, evidence quality, and potential impact. Automated filters may assist intake, but enforcement decisions include human review.

  • Low-risk incidents may receive remediation requests and deadlines.
  • High-risk incidents may result in temporary restrictions during investigation.
  • Repeated or severe violations may trigger immediate service termination.

11. Service Changes and Product Lifecycle

Product offerings, specifications, and availability may change due to infrastructure supply, datacenter policy, or risk management needs. Significant changes are communicated through official channels.

Where feasible, migration guidance or replacement options are provided for affected workloads.

12. Limitation of Liability and Risk Allocation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffshoreHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from service use, downtime, or third-party platform behavior.

Clients should maintain independent controls for business continuity, including tested backups and failover planning.

13. Governing Framework

These terms are interpreted under the legal framework defined by service operation context and applicable jurisdiction requirements. If specific clauses are unenforceable, remaining clauses stay effective.
